Joslyn Barnhart

Joslyn Barnhart is a Senior Research Scientist on the Frontier Safety and Governance team at Google DeepMind. She works on frontier safety practices and policies and the global governance of AI, and is Google's primary representative to the Frontier Model Forum, a cross-industry organization focused on advancing AI safety. Prior to DeepMind, she was a professor of international relations at the University of California, Santa Barbara and Wesleyan University.
