Adamantia Velonis is Director of AI Transformation & Applied Research at Legora, leading global change and adoption advisory for strategic law firms and corporate clients. Ada translates field learnings into applied research, addressing key long-tail AI adoption barriers like trust, human oversight, and skill formation. Previously, she led IT Strategy at L.E.K. Consulting, advising on enterprise AI transformation, governance, workplace and talent. She is a certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP IAPP), and an Australian-qualified lawyer. Ada is currently a candidate at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, studying emerging technology’s impact on human behaviour in professional services.
